Qld: Search for missing teen ends
BRISBANE, Aug 28 AAP - A high school student who went missing on a school trip yesterdayis back home with his family.
A search for the 15-year-old Pine Rivers State High School student began after he disappearedon a trip to the Maroon Dam at Boonah, south-west of Brisbane.
Police said the student turned up this morning.
"He went missing while looking for his lost backpack and spent the night in a hollowtree before he was found this morning," a police spokeswoman said.
